To support the transition to net zero construction we have set industry leading targets to achieve net zero emissions across all projects by 2030 and we lead New Zealand in Green Star certification. 

We are committed to uplifting and empowering Indigenous communities through our cultural engagement processes. By weaving together stories embedded in their place, we create innovative and contemporary designs authentic to the communities they serve.

Expertise spans product, material and building systems, procurement, legislative compliance and the use of advanced information, advanced digital technologies and much more.

Our Integrated Management System has been audited and internationally certified by Telarc for the following standards: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2018 Environmental Management and ISO 45001:2018 Health and Safety Management. All certificates are available on request.

Our Broader Outcomes framework includes initiatives encompassing targets for educational outreach at secondary schools and tertiary institutions, targets for uplifting diversity and inclusion and registration of indigenous practitioners, targets for carbon reduction and regenerative design, net zero operations, and strategies for supporting economic growth in regional centres.
