Andy Anderson

Andy Anderson is a Principal and leader in the architectural profession, with over 30 years of broad design and building experience, both locally and internationally.

Andy leads commercial projects at Jasmax and has an extensive track record ranging from complex retail centres, hotels and large commercial buildings to luxury residential developments across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific, and USA. With a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail, he consistently aims to exceed the expectations of both the client and public, deemed the ultimate measure of a project’s success.

Bringing an open-mindedness and unassuming approach to every project, Andy’s readiness to listen to and consider all issues enables him to create strong and enduring relationships with clients, a skill he credits to his experience of working in the Pacific.

Much of Andy’s work can be seen in Auckland’s city centre, including Fonterra’s Global Headquarters, Cordis Hotel’s Pinnacle Tower, the QT Hotel and The CAB refurbishment. Additionally, Andy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the aviation sector, having worked on numerous projects for Auckland Airport. Leveraging his extensive commercial and retail expertise, he enhances these projects to deliver memorable passenger experiences.
