Vincent kumar

Vincent Kumar has almost four decades’ experience in the architecture industry, both internationally and in Aotearoa New Zealand, working on small to large-scale projects across various sectors. Vincent has worked at Jasmax for over 30 years, during which time he has developed extensive expertise in design coordination, site observation and contract administration on complex multi-disciplinary projects for local authorities. These projects include the Britomart Transport Centre, Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and Ormiston Town Centre.

Vincent has a wide range of experience in the public realm and streetscape projects. He was the Project Architect on the Britomart Transport Centre Streetscapes, which included QEII Square, Station Plaza, and Takutai Square.

Vincent’s education experience spans several years, including projects focused on the remediation and redevelopment of existing school buildings. Most recently, Vincent worked as the Project Architect on the Onehunga High School refurbishment project, which included redeveloping the teaching block and designing the accessible facilities throughout the school. He has worked closely with the principal and staff members ensuring that the project meets the various needs of the school.
