Recognised for her strength in design management and complex project delivery, Sarah excels on projects that demand integrated thinking – navigating heritage constraints, infrastructure interfaces and multi‑layered governance to unlock long‑term value for clients and communities.

A career highlight was leading the New Zealand Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai as Design Manager and Project Architect, coordinating a globally distributed consultant team across five countries under a highly visible international timetable. Her wider portfolio includes the Paddington Integrated Project in London, transforming a listed transport hub into a major mixed‑use interchange; the Pentridge redevelopment in Melbourne, a significant adaptive reuse precinct; and Canada’s Earth Tower, a pioneering tall‑timber, low‑carbon development.
