Martin Walton is a Project Director at Jasmax and senior technical architect with 30 years’ experience supporting clients spanning Universities, District Health Boards, Councils and Airport Authorities. 

Martin joined Jasmax in 2001 to work on the Auckland Britomart Transport Project as a project architect responsible for the new underground station, heritage refurbishment of the Chief Post Office and remains involved in the ongoing development of Britomart Precinct in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.

With a recent focus on transport-oriented development and station design, Martin is working on City Rail Link (CRL) and enabling projects. His portfolio includes the delivery of intergenerational legacy projects that are redefining the experience of the public realm in Aotearoa New Zealand. These include the most recent $150m upgrade of Waitematā Britomart Station in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and Forsythe Barr Stadium in Ōtepoti Dunedin – the country’s largest indoor events arena.
