Liam Carey

Liam Carey is an Associate Principal and Senior Architectural Technician at Jasmax, with 30 years’ experience. He is responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams on large and complex projects to deliver robust, coordinated documentation packages and develop details, systems and technologies to attain the best quality outcomes on projects. 

Liam specialises in technical detailing and BIM Management. Most recently, he led aspects of the technical delivery of Tōtara Haumaru at North Shore Hospital, including the façade and in-ground elements. He also led technical delivery on the University of Auckland B405 building for the Faculty of Engineering / Te Herenga Mātai Pūkaha.

Prior to emigrating to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2003, Liam worked in social housing, education, and health sectors in the UK.
