Anna Ryder

Anna Ryder is a Project Director with a comprehensive understanding of complex healthcare and tertiary education environments.
Over the past decade, Anna has led the design of several major healthcare projects at Jasmax, including the concept design and fit-out design and delivery for Tōtara Haumaru – the largest development at North Shore Hospital in 50 years and the award-winning Burwood Hospital in Christchurch; a project she believes exemplifies how excellent design can improve and enhance the patient experience.
Anna was the project architect for the Radiation Oncology Service — Te Hihiri Whakahauora — at Whangārei Hospital. The project provides much-needed radiation treatment services for cancer patients in the Northland region, underlining Anna’s commitment to improving healthcare accessibility.
Prior to specialising in health planning, Anna worked on the Sir Paul Reeves Building at AUT, one of the most contemporary media teaching and learning spaces in the Southern Hemisphere.
Alongside her technical skills, Anna has a reputation for establishing strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to foster high-performing and collaborative project teams.
