We are pleased to announce the promotion of team members across our studios, recognising their outstanding contributions to Jasmax, and the impact they have made on our projects, clients and culture.

Associate Principals
This year, three of our team members have stepped into the role of Associate Principal:
- Kylie Willett, an interior designer in Auckland with experience across residential, aviation, commercial and hospitality sectors, specialising in premium interiors that deliver memorable spatial and sensory experiences. At Jasmax, Kylie has led interiors for major aviation projects, including the Auckland Airport Terminal Expansion, as well as luxury residential developments.
- Nathan Groth, an architect in Auckland with a portfolio covering civic, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and transport projects, and a particular strength in complex, large-scale developments. For the past seven years, Nathan has led the delivery of the nationally significant Waikato Regional Theatre, alongside public transport solutions.
- Tom Rubenach, an architect in Sydney who is passionate about problem-solving through design, delivering solutions that balance vision, function and impact. Tom’s portfolio spans education, community, residential, tourism, health, and science sectors, and he recently led the masterplan for Mamre Anglican College in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.
