Minnie Cade
Minnie Cade is a Principal and Senior Architect with a track-record for delivering projects of exceptional quality across Australia. With over 25 years’ experience, Minnie has led the design and delivery of a diverse range of public and private sector projects, with a portfolio spanning masterplanning, education, life sciences, commercial, culture and community, retail and multi-residential. Based in Jasmax’s Sydney studio, Minnie works closely with Studio Lead Chris Rogers to expand the studio’s multi-disciplinary, multi-sector portfolio, while also leading projects.
Minnie holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, enhancing her leadership, business and financial acumen. Her combination of skillsets enables her to navigate the increasingly complex, costly and regulated construction industry, while delivering creative, high-quality solutions for clients. She also serves on the City of Melbourne and Victorian Government Architect Design Review Panels, providing independent and authoritative advice to government and statutory decision-makers on development proposals.
Before joining Jasmax, Minnie was a Principal at Wardle in Melbourne, where she led the University of Tasmania’s Inveresk Campus Transformation project, co-led the University of Melbourne’s Australian Institute for Infectious Disease, led the construction phase of the Ian Potter Southbank Centre, and was the Project Director for the Monarch Residences on the Brisbane River.
