Earl Rutherford

Earl Rutherford is an Associate Principal with over 20 years’ design and delivery experience in Aotearoa New Zealand and the UK. He has a proven track record for delivering highly complex projects within tight timeframes and to exceptionally high standards.

His project work spans innovative, award-winning projects for government agencies, universities, and commercial and residential developers, with a background in prefabrication. Currently, Earl is working on multi-storey commercial developments in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington’s CBD.

Prior to joining Jasmax, Earl was a Principal at Isthmus and MOTM Architects, specialising in modular design within the residential and industrial sectors. This expertise strengthens his understanding of construction methodologies and drives his ability to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions.
