Amy Buller

As the People and Culture Lead, Amy Buller manages a motivated team focused on enhancing the employee experience and creating a safe, engaging, educational, collaborative and rewarding workplace culture at Jasmax. Her responsibilities include professional development, promoting health and wellbeing, overseeing our mentoring programme and ensuring Jasmax attracts top talent locally and internationally.

Under Amy’s leadership, the People and Culture Team ensures that each team member at Jasmax feels valued and has every opportunity to progress and succeed in their career. Amy’s team works closely with leaders across the business to ensure every project is resourced with the right skills and maintains a recruitment programme to ensure Jasmax provides the best expertise to deliver design and delivery excellence to our valued clients. 

Amy is also a member of the Kaiawhina Collective, offering support to our Waka Māia graduates and Moana practitioners. The People and Culture Team is key to ensuring that Jasmax is a positive, innovative, and inclusive workplace.
