Adam Alexander

Adam Alexander is an architect in Jasmax’s Transport and Infrastructure team, based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. 
 
With 14 years of experience in the industry, Adam has worked on transport, infrastructure, education, and community and cultural projects in Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, Italy, Dubai and the United States. His experience covers every stage of a project, from briefing, master planning and site investigation through to design, consultant coordination and contract administration. 

Adam is a registered architect in Western Australia and a Public Transport Authority of Western Australia qualified Project Engineer. Before joining Jasmax, he was an associate at Parry and Rosenthal Architects, where he contributed to some of the state’s most significant transport projects including Perth’s Morley to Ellenbrook line, the Matagarup Pedestrian Bridge across the Swan River, the Tonkin Gap and Tonkin Highway Extension bridges, and the replacement of the Fitzroy River Bridge following Ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie. His portfolio also includes campus master plans and numerous learning facilities for public and private schools across Western Australia. 

Adam holds a Master of Architecture (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Design (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington, where he also tutored and lectured. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Architects and Learning Environments Australasia. Adam returns to Aotearoa New Zealand with deep experience in large-scale transport delivery and a disciplined, detail-focused approach to projects of every scale.
