Congratulations to Principal Architect Matthew Glubb who has won the Property Council New Zealand 2019 Urban Design Award.

A highly accomplished architect, Matt has been involved in many of Auckland’s most successful city-shaping projects. He leads the Urban Design Team at Jasmax.

This win recognises the influence Matt is having on many of the transport and public infrastructure projects being undertaken in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Matt demonstrates the value of including design thinking at the very highest levels of decision-making through projects including City Rail Link and Auckland Light Rail. Matt's past projects include Queens Wharf Redevelopment, Shed 10, Eden Park Redevelopment, Port Futures Study and the ASB Tennis Centre Redevelopment.
