A Senior Associate at Jasmax, Jerad is a Regional Leader of the Jasmax National Interiors Studio. He has experience in both large-scale projects and smaller boutique projects, and in his role as Regional Leader oversees the design and delivery of a variety of simultaneous projects and teams.
Prior to his arrival in New Zealand, he worked for several large international firms in the United States, specialising in corporate and government office fitouts. Jerad has overseen new fitout projects as large as 45,000 square metres as both project architect and project designer.
Jerad has a particular interest in the role of design when working on transformational workplace strategies and enhancing organisational culture. This interest in progressive workplaces draws on both cultural and sociological studies.
Jerad has spent time at Victoria University in Wellington studying industrial design and emerging manufacturing techniques as well as tutoring design, construction and theory courses for architecture and design students.
