The Registered Architects Board has appointed Jasmax Principal and Senior Architect Euan Mac Kellar to their Board.
Announced late last year by Building and Construction Minister, Maurice Williamson, Euan’s appointment to the Board complements the knowledge of the existing Board members, through his experience of working in a large architectural practice on complex projects, at a diverse scale.
Euan is an adjunct professor of design at the Unitec School of Architecture, and his studio team recently won an NZIA Regional award for The Surf Club at Muriwai.
The Registered Architects Board is an independent statutory body responsible for regulating the profession. Responsible for maintaining competency standards and ethics across the industry, the Board also registers architects and confirms their registration, as well as investigating complaints and disciplining members of the profession.
